Welcome to FreshQuote. By submitting a quote request through our website at freshquote.polsia.app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. What FreshQuote Does

FreshQuote is a lead referral service that connects homeowners in Ottawa and LaSalle County, Illinois with a local residential cleaning company. We are not a cleaning company ourselves. We collect your quote request and forward it to our partner cleaning service, who will contact you to provide pricing.

2. No Obligation

Submitting a quote request creates no obligation on your part to hire the cleaning service. You are free to accept or decline any quote provided during the callback. There is no fee to homeowners for using FreshQuote.

3. Accuracy of Information

By submitting a request, you confirm that the contact information and home details you provide are accurate. Providing false or misleading information may result in your request being disregarded.

4. Contact Consent

By checking the consent box during form submission, you agree to be contacted by our cleaning partner by phone or email regarding your quote request. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by telling the caller or by emailing freshquote@polsia.app.

5. Service Area

FreshQuote only serves the Ottawa, Illinois and surrounding LaSalle County area. Requests from outside this service area will not be fulfilled.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

FreshQuote is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will receive a callback, that the cleaning service will be available, or that any quote provided will be satisfactory. We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by the cleaning partner.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreshQuote and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service or from any cleaning services arranged through it.

8. Privacy

Your use of this service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
